By engaging Aperture Media House you agree to the following terms. These apply to all bookings regardless of whether a separate written contract has been signed.
Aperture Media House provides professional real estate media services to agents, agencies, vendors, and developers across the ACT and surrounding regions. Services include:
- Photography (interior, exterior, lifestyle)
- Videography and residential walkthroughs
- Drone and aerial photography and video
- 3D Virtual Tours (Matterport)
- Floor plans
- Advanced digital editing, day-to-night transitions, and virtual staging
- Social media content and reels
Service scope, deliverables, and turnaround times are confirmed at the time of booking. Aperture Media House reserves the right to decline or discontinue services at its discretion.
Bookings are accepted via our client portal at aperturemh.com.au/appointments. By completing a booking you confirm that property access has been arranged and the property will be prepared prior to arrival.
Standard delivery is within 24-48 hours of the appointment unless otherwise confirmed. Rush delivery options are available on request and may incur an additional fee.
This policy applies to all photography, videography, drone, floor plan, and virtual tour bookings. By confirming a booking, the client agrees to the terms below.
Cancellations are accepted at any time. The following fees apply based on notice provided prior to the scheduled shoot time. Notice is measured from the time Aperture Media House receives written confirmation of the cancellation to the scheduled shoot time.
| Notice Given | Fee Applied |
|---|---|
| More than 48 hours | No charge. Reschedule at no cost. |
| 24 to 48 hours | 35% of the booked job value. |
| Less than 24 hours | 50% of the booked job value. |
| Same day (under 4 hours) or no-show | 75% of the booked job value. |
A same-day cancellation is any cancellation received less than 4 hours before the shoot. A no-show is defined as our team arriving on site and being unable to commence the shoot for any reason attributable to the client, including:
- The property not being ready or accessible
- Vendor, tenant, or occupant refusal of access
- The property not presented to a suitable standard for photography or video
- The booking not being communicated to the relevant parties
A fee of 75% of the booked job value will be invoiced. A single reschedule will be offered at our next available time.
An access failure is recorded when our team is dispatched and cannot gain entry or commence work, including where keys are unavailable, a lockbox code is incorrect, no authorised person is present, or the property manager or vendor has not been notified of the shoot.
An on-site access failure will result in a fee of 50% of the booked job value. A single reschedule will be offered at our next available time.
Aperture Media House tracks access failures per agency on a rolling 12-month basis. Three or more access failures within 12 months will result in the agency being moved to mandatory pre-payment for all future bookings for a minimum of 6 months.
One courtesy waiver of a cancellation or access failure fee is available per agency per calendar quarter. This must be formally requested and is granted solely at Aperture Media House's discretion. A waiver on one occasion does not set precedent for future bookings.
No cancellation fee applies where a shoot is cancelled due to genuine adverse weather or force majeure events beyond the client's reasonable control. These are assessed at our discretion and rescheduled at no charge.
Rescheduling requests received within the notice windows above are treated as cancellations and fees apply accordingly. Where rescheduling is requested with more than 48 hours notice, no fee applies and the booking will be moved subject to availability. Same-week rescheduling is not guaranteed.
Invoices are issued within 7 days of content delivery. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the booking.
- Bank transfer (EFT) to details on invoice
- Credit card via payment link on invoice
Accounts overdue by more than 30 days may result in suspension of services. Aperture Media House reserves the right to withhold content delivery until outstanding invoices are settled.
All content produced by Aperture Media House is our exclusive intellectual property, protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). Copyright is retained in full regardless of who commissioned or paid for the work. Payment is a fee for services rendered, not a transfer of ownership.
Upon payment in full, the booking agent and their agency receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use delivered content solely for marketing the specific property commissioned, for the duration of that listing with the original booking agent or agency. This licence expires when the property is sold, leased, withdrawn, or transferred to a new agent or agency.
- Transfer of content to a new agency or agent
- Repurposing sales content for rental or property management marketing
- Use by a new owner for a subsequent listing or development
- Commercial use beyond real estate marketing of the original property
- Editing, cropping, or manipulation of any delivered file
- Using content as input to image generation platforms or automated editing software operated by you or any third party
- Reproducing or replicating Aperture Media House editing styles using third-party software
- Sublicensing, redistributing, or sharing files with third parties
Clients requiring advanced digital editing or image enhancement services may commission these directly through Aperture Media House. Unauthorised use may result in an infringement fee and legal action under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).
All fees are exclusive of GST. Re-licensing is subject to written approval and is invoiced prior to any new licence becoming active. Infringement fees apply at 5x the applicable re-licensing fee with a minimum of $500 per incident, plus any legal costs incurred.

Aperture Media House retains the right to use any content it produces for portfolio display, website, social media, award submissions, case studies, training materials, and general self-promotion. Content will not be used in a way that interferes with an active listing.
Aperture Media House will take all reasonable care during shoots and production. We are not liable for pre-existing property damage, delays caused by access failure, or losses arising from circumstances outside our control. Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the value of the booking in question. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses.
